What is PMP and how do you prepare for it?
PMP is the Project Management Professional certification. A PMP is a project management professional who has been actively involved in a project for at least one year. This is a qualification which you can obtain after completing a course of study in a university or college. There are many different kinds of courses you can take to achieve this.
In the PMP exam, you will be required to answer questions about your project management skills. The exam tests your ability to plan and manage projects and to integrate them with other projects, teams, and resources. You will be required to give an account of your project management practices, using the PMP as an example. You will be expected to describe the management process, to identify the key elements, to describe the key roles of the people involved, and to identify the different types of project management methods.

How does the PMP exam work?
The exam consists of 30 questions. You will be given two minutes to answer each question. You will be given a score after each question and you will be able to see your score.
